* In three sessions: The practice on the first and second Tuesdays of every month from 19:00 to 21:30, and the theory on the first Saturday of every month, from 15:00 to 17:30.

* In one session: The practice on the first Saturday of every month, from 9:30 to 13:30 and the theory on the same day, from 15:00 to 17:30.

Casa Tibet México was inaugurated on July the 3rd 1989 by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, spiritual and temporal leader of the Tibetan people, during his historic first visit to Latin America. Casa Tibet México es una institución cultural y educativa no sectaria, fundada en julio de 1989 por Su Santidad el XIV Dalai Lama del Tibet, como la primera representación cultural oficial del pueblo tibetano para Latinoamérica. Inspirados en el eterno legado de compasión y amor de la cultura budista tibetana, es el propósito central de Casa Tibet México el hacer accesible a todo persona, sin distinción de credo, raza y orientación sexual, la cultura, arte, filosofía, ciencias y los métodos milenarios de desarrollo humano preservados en el “Techo del Mundo”.
