Songkwang-sa, the Sangha-jewel temple in Korea, is situated in the southwest corner of the country in the province of Cholla Namdo, between the towns of Kwangju and Sunchon. The temple was also restored in 1969 to the status of a ch\'ongnim (lit. "grove of trees"), a designation reserved for major ecumenical monasteries where training is offered in all the different varieties of Korean Buddhist practice, from Son (Zen), meditation, to doctrinal study, to recitation of the Buddha\'s name. Kusan (1910-1983) appointed it\'s Son master (pangjang), large-scale reconstruction commenced. A new meditation hall and a massive lecture hall were built. And most of the minor shrines in the monastery were repaired. Kuan\'s strong leadership and his concern to receive the Son tradition of the temple\'s founder, Chinul, restored Songkwang-sa\'s place at the forefront of the Korean Buddhist tradition. In 1973, Master Kusna also set up the Bulil International Buddhist Center. Many foreign monks come from all over the world to practice Son meditation.

Imee Ooi
Malaysian music producer, composer, arranger and vocalist. Founder of IMM Musicworks in 1997, Imee Ooi has now released more than 50 albums of her own, and has produced countless musical works for Buddhist societies and organizations around the world.
A devout Buddhist, Imee’s serenely pure voice and unique sense of musical arrangements has established her own genre, spreading the sounds of Dharma through Sutras, Mantras, and free composition that has transcended religious barriers and touched different cultures and age groups. Besides Asia,her music has also travelled to Europe and Russia, US and Canada, Australia and Africa, soothing and touching many hearts.
Imee’s works have also been regarded as a significant milestone in the development of Buddhist music. With a wide range of composition sung in seven different languages, “The Chant of Metta”, “ Om Mani Padme Hum”, “The Great Compassion Mantra” , “ The Prajna Paramita Hrdaya Sutra ” are among some of Imee’s most praised works. The composer and musical director of the musicals “Siddhartha”, “Above Full Moon- Master Hong Yi’s Biography ”, “Jewel of Tibet- Princess Wen Cheng ” and “ The Perfect Circle”. To spread The Dharma through music has become the life destiny of Imee Ooi.
Chai Yu
Malaysian music producer, composer, vocalist and sound engineer, Chai Yu joined I.M.M.Musicworks in 2005 and has since became Imee Ooi's best musical partner. Vegetarian and a devout Dharma practitioner, Chai Yu’s bright yet solemn vocal is widely appreciated by many. His compositions such as “ The Mantra of Guru Rinpoche”, “Ksitigarbha”, “ Bhaisajya Guru”, and “Pureland Dharani” add colour and variety to the I.M.M. music collection. Chai Yu aspires to spread the Dharma through his effort in music by delivering a message of harmony and integrity to his listeners. Chai Yu holds dear the wish for all beings to be enlightened.

With due respect we would like to draw your kind attention that World Buddhist Association in Bangladesh (WBA) is one of the Social Welfare, Humanitarian, Charity , NGO as well as Buddhist Religious organizations in Bangladesh which is registered by the NGO Affairs Bureau Regd. No: 3272, the Honorable Prime Minister’s Office, Registered by the Social Welfare Ministry Regd. No. DHA-09644,Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, member of UNITED NATIONS NGO Branch. This organization belong to Bangladesh Buddhist Community which established to work for Inter Religious harmony, Humanity, World Peace also working for sustainable development and serving helpless peoples to change their lifestyle irrespective of casts, creed, religion and color all over Bangladesh.
We are minor Buddhist Community living around 2.50 million in Bangladesh and in Dhaka city near about 0.70 million including foreigners . You know very well that the Korea ,China , Japan, Taiwan, Singapore , Thailand, Vietnam , Sri-Lanka , Hong Kong , Bhutan etc. country lots of peoples working and living here as sustainable developing partner of Bangladesh but very sorry to inform you that in Dhaka City there is no universal Cemetery (Place for burning dead bodies) for Local & foreigner Buddhist Community peoples , International Standard Buddhist Monastery & Multi – Complex for local – Foreigners to practicing their religious activities . Very painful that after expired any local & foreign Buddhist peoples we face lot of problem to Burn Dead Body’s in Dhaka . For this issue several times we request Bangladesh Government's authority for the necessary steps bad luck our Governments never thinking for Buddhist Community peoples as a minority community based on our several request . Now we are hopeless about this issues.
Sir, finally our Organizations and Buddhist Community of Bangladesh decided to implement this projects by collect donations from local and foreigners peoples and organizations to run our activities for human being and betterment of mankind. In the meantime we book land at Purbachal Residential Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh total land 40.148 Katha = 72.608 Decimal = 30,946.73 Sqf = 2.108.Bigha by paid token money. But due to financial crisis we could not take registrations and start our activities to implement this projects :

Sir , to complete this projects, we need approximate fund USD 1.00 Million (BDT. 8,60,00,000.00) including land price but bad luck due to fund crisis we couldn’t run our projects and others related works smoothly. So we are seeking your kind assistance for this projects as our kind hearted well-wisher and developing partner, otherwise it’s very difficult for us to complete this projects :

This is Won-Buddhism Meditation Temple in Gosford. This temple from south Korea. We opened temple three years ago. We have Buddhist meditation class and Hatha Yoga class. The Meditation class have on the Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, and the yoga class have on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Also we have scripture class, meditation and yoga on Sunday too.(10:00~12:00) In the afternoon we have Tradition Korean Drum Class(TKDC) in Gosford Public School at 1pm . Ven. In Myung has teaching in Gosford Public School for Buddhist scripture class.
