Classes are held each Saturday 4.30 - 6 pm in Bromley (SE london / Kent). Other classes are planned for the City of London. Visit www.londonmeditation.org for full details.

We teach a variety of Eastern and Western techniques. The focus is to apply the rich tradition of meditation in a way that makes sense in busy complicated city lives.

Our teaching stems from Namgyal Rinpoche, a Canadian-born lama recognized as a master both in the Burmese tradition (where he was a monk for 8 years) and in the Tibetan tradition (where he was later recognized by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the 16th Karmapa). Our spiritual director is Acharya Doug Duncan, long-term student of Namgyal Rinpoche.
