We are pleased to announce that this coming year, April 29-May 6, 2016, we will be holding a seven day Vipassana retreat, including metta practice, with our teacher from the Insight Meditation Society, Rebecca Bradshaw.  She will be assisted by Milena Cardenas Ophuls, and the retreat will take place at the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford, Milford, Ohio (just north of Cincinnati).  We wanted to send you a "save the date" and will forward a flyer in September.  We will also be offering a three day option from April 29 to May 2.  We hope you can share this information with your community, as it is an opportunity to sit with a well-known and respected teacher right here in the Midwest.
