On the first wednesday of every month we have meditation advice and instruction for beginners. Anyone is welcome and no prior experience is required. Our instructor has 40 years of meditation experience.
On the second wednesday of the month we usually have a speaker from other Buddhist traditions and sometimes from other faiths-our members organise and run other evenings bringing thier own personal experience and interests to the group.
We are a group without any set leader or teacher, we believe that we all have something to teach each other.
Brentwood Buddhist Meditation group is non profit making, all monies go into the running of the group and the organising of events.
We try and hold a retreat weekend open to all members at least once a year.
